Heather Chierici, Project Manager, with SRJC since 2017, embodies the district values of kindness, collaboration and integrity to build successful teams who design and construct projects. She has learned in her 25+ years of managing education projects that teams either succeed together or fail together, and she is conscientious in her role as project manager to foster positive relationships to overcome the multitude of challenges that arise from conception of a new project to getting faculty settled into their new or renovated buildings. Her ultimate goal is to create spaces that improve the student experience.

Her projects at the Santa Rosa Junior College include renovating the football, soccer, softball and baseball fields; building the new field house at Bailey Field; constructing the new 50-meter pool; renovating Tauzer Gymnasium; and building Kunde Hall and a new multipurpose building at the Public Safety Training Center. She also managed the CEQA process for the new Lindley Center for STEM Education and oversaw the completion of the Lindley Center.

A longtime resident of Santa Rosa, Heather enjoys being a part of the SRJC community. When she’s not working, she likes spending time with family; hiking along the coast, Taylor Mountain or Armstrong Woods; visiting Sonoma and Marin County farmers markets and U-pick farms and traveling both nationally and internationally.
