Rhonda Ross, Project Manager (Harris & Associates), has over 18 years’ experience supervising technically challenging construction projects that include new commercial facilities, building remodels, tenant improvements, maintenance and repair, and environmental remediation. She is dedicated to process improvement, keeping projects within budget and on time, and client satisfaction; simultaneously managing multiple projects while coordinating contractors and motivating diverse teams to deliver a quality product. Her major projects include remodels and equipment installations at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, design and preconstruction work at University of California–San Francisco, remodeling, design and preventative maintenance projects at Kaiser Permanente, and various construction projects at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Rhonda earned her BA from Humboldt State University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and received some of her training at SRJC (Uniform Building Codes) and Sonoma State University (Certificate in Construction Management). Rhonda lives in Santa Rosa and is excited about leading the SRJC STEM Building Project, located just six minutes away from where she lives.
