Ryan Leahy, Project Manager (JGM, Inc.), has 22 years’ experience in the construction industry and has managed over $300 million in private and public sector projects. Some of his projects include renovations and tenant improvements at San Jose State University, new school buildings and a renovated stadium at San Rafael City Schools, student housing renovation at Cal Maritime, military housing renovations at Travis Air Force Base and Vandenberg Air Force Base, and new construction of Mission Creek Condos and Merrill Gardens senior housing facility. Ryan joined the SRJC Capital Projects Department in 2021. His projects include the AG Portables, Greenhouse, Produce Processing Facility, and Site Security at Shone Farm, the Bussman IT Project, and the Garcia Hall Renovation. Ryan’s expertise in planning, design and construction, along with his team approach, helps to ensure success. Ryan possesses an M.B.A. specializing in Real Estate Development from Marylhurst University and a B.A. specializing in Art Education from Edinboro University. Ryan is a licensed general contractor in California.
